About Cubansidecar.org
Since 1988, the Cuban island is definitely a place of desire for me. I started then to explore the hidden places, came back continously to cultivate friendship and realized lots of permanent impressions as a media producer and videographer.
Videoclips about Cuban Son Music (Havanna Casino 1999), several portraits of Cuban Artists (Biennale 2015), some Biopics in Sport (Cuban Paralympic Athletes 2015) and, of course, impressions of Cuba in general are part of my work.
Motorbike & Sidecar travelling is a great passion for me. Producing and filming in 2012 a series of 8 reports out of Ukraine and Poland during UEFA Football Championship riding a Ural sidecar in cooperation with the author & writer Martin Wagner. Thousands of kilometres within a few weeks in charge of DW-TV Germany made us familiar with sidecar travelling at all.
